Cartwheel Mental Health Team
Dear Staff and Families,

Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District has a Cartwheel Care team designed to assist with student well-being and mental health. Each month, we send a link to an educational webinar geared toward families. This month we are sharing: Helping Kids Handle Big Feelings and Build Confidence

In this webinar, they cover:

  • Tools kids can use when emotions feel big and helpful ways build confidence in their thinking.
  • What building resilience and confidence means.
  • Why avoiding hard feelings can make them worse.
  • How big feelings can present in children of all ages.

In addition to the Cobleskill-Richmondville Cartwheel team, parents can submit a referral for their child to be considered for participation in virtual mental health counseling.

If you're a parent or guardian, you can click the button below to request a referral for your child to see a licensed therapist. This opportunity is available regardless of whether your child has spoken with their school counselor.

Once your request has been approved, your student may begin scheduling telehealth sessions.
