Fall 2026 Sports Sign Ups

Fall sports are quickly approaching! Please review the important start dates and registration information below to ensure you are ready for the upcoming season.

Start Dates:

  • JV & Varsity Football – August 17
  • All Other JV & Varsity Sports + Modified Football – August 24
  • Modified Sports – August 31

Registration Opens:

  • All JV & Varsity Sports – July 24 at 8:00 AM
  • All Modified Sports – July 31 at 8:00 AM

All student-athletes must be registered prior to the start of their season. Please be sure to complete registration on time and prepare for a great fall season.

  • Live streams of athletic contests played in the C-R High School gymnasium can be viewed through our Hudl Fan Page.

  • All student-athletes at C-R are expected to uphold the responsibilities outlined in the C-R Athletic Code of Conduct. Student-athletes should review the Code of Conduct prior to the commencement of their athletic seasons.

    The Code of Conduct outlines the responsibilities of student-athletes; circumstantial guidelines related to transferring/quitting teams, attendance, eligibility, discrimination and harassment, hazing, bullying and more; violation of the Code of Conduct; and drug (prescription and non-prescription) and alcohol use.

  • Starting in Fall 2025, Cobleskill-Richmondville student-athletes in grades 9–12 will have the opportunity to participate in two sports during the same season under a newly approved Dual Sport Participation Policy. The guidelines, developed in response to changes approved by the Western Athletic Conference, outline requirements around scheduling, academic eligibility, and safety.

William Miller - Roberts Wesleyan Track & Field

4/28/26 - Congratulations to William Miller (C-R Class of 2025) on being named “Redhawk of the Year” at Roberts Wesleyan University for his outstanding accomplishments in Men’s Track & Field! Most recently, William earned a top-10 finish at a meet in Rochester with a hammer throw of 35.55 meters (116'7"). We are proud to see him succeed at the collegiate level and look forward to watching him grow over the next few years.

Ty LaBarge - Keuka College Basketball

3/2/26 — C-R is proud to recognize alumnus Ty LaBarge for his recent accomplishments on the court at Keuka College. Congratulations to Ty and the Keuka Wolves on winning the Empire 8 Men’s Basketball Championship. In addition to the team’s championship victory, Ty was also honored with The Torchbearer Award, recognizing his leadership and impact.

2/26/26 — C-R is proud to recognize alumnus Luke Yorke, who is having an outstanding junior year on the wrestling mat at St. John Fisher University. Luke was recently named Empire 8 Wrestler of the Week, an impressive accomplishment that highlights his hard work, dedication, and continued success at the collegiate level.
