Athletics Physicals Scheduled for June 29 & 30 – Sign Up by June 26
Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District is offering free sports physicals for students planning to participate in athletics during the 2026–27 school year.
Physicals will be held on:
- June 29, 2026
- June 30, 2026
Students must sign up for an available time slot no later than June 26, 2026.
All sign-up forms and additional information can be found on the district’s Athletics homepage.
Important Information:
- Students must bring a completed Health History Form with a parent/guardian signature on the day of their physical.
- If your student already has a scheduled appointment with their primary care provider, that visit may count as a sports physical. Please ensure the provider is aware the visit is for athletic clearance. The cardiac history section must be completed on the physical form. Forms without this section completed will not be accepted.
We encourage families to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure students are ready and eligible for participation in athletics for the upcoming school year.
