As the weather turns colder and the winter season approaches, we want to ensure all families are prepared and informed in the event of school closings or delays due to weather.

There are several ways to stay up to date on any schedule changes, listed below from most direct to least:

1. ParentSquare (text and phone call): Notifications will be sent directly to families via text and automated phone message. Please make sure your contact information is current in ParentSquare so you don’t miss important updates.
   
   

2. District Website: Weather-related messages will be posted on the homepage at www.crcsd.org.
   
   

3. District Facebook Page: Updates will also be shared on our official Facebook page.
   
   

4. Local Media: Information will be reported to the following local radio and television stations: WSDE (1190 AM); WRVE (99.5 FM); WYJB (95.5 FM); WFLY (92.3 FM); WGNA (107.7 FM); WGY (810 AM); WYJB (95.5 FM); WRVE (99.5 FM); WRGB Channel 6, Spectrum Channel 9, WTEN Channel 10, WXXA FOX23, and the Times Union website.

 *Please note that WNYT (NewsChannel 13) has opted not to participate with the reporting service, School Closing Network this year. All other local news outlets listed above will continue to receive C-RCS closing and delay reports.
