Dear C-RCS Families and Community,

The District continues to work with the Capital Area School Development Association (CASDA) on an optimization study focused on the long-term use of District resources, facilities, and infrastructure.

To assist with this work and the District’s long range planning process, we invite all members of the C-RCS community to participate in “focus groups” facilitated by the consultants from CASDA. 

The purpose of the focus groups is to provide community members with the opportunity to share feedback related to the District’s strengths, opportunities, areas of challenge, and areas for improvement. This feedback will help inform the District’s long range planning process.

The focus groups will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, in the C-R High School Theater. Depending on the number of community members who attend, the facilitators may divide the participants into smaller groups using adjacent classrooms. There is no need to RSVP.

We encourage all members of the C-RCS community to take advantage of this important opportunity to share your feedback and help shape the long range planning process. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, October 14.
