It was a memorable night for C-RCS Varsity Football last Friday, September 18, as the Bulldogs defeated Johnstown 26-14 to improve their season record to 3-0. The victory also marked a major milestone for Head Coach Ed Hantho, who earned his 100th career win!

Hantho has served as head coach of the Bulldogs for 20 years, beginning in 2006. Before taking over as head coach, Hantho spent many years as a defensive coordinator under Coach Billington. Just two years into his tenure as head coach, Hantho guided the Bulldogs to a Sectional title in 2007.

Athletic Director and Assistant Coach John Henry reflected on Hantho’s milestone and the consistency he has brought to the program.

“100 wins just mirrors the fact that he's doing the right thing on and off the field. The consistency in his coaching staff is a testament to his leadership.”

Congratulations to Coach Hantho on reaching 100 career wins, and congratulations to the Bulldogs on their 3-0 start! We look forward to seeing what the rest of the season brings.
