On Tuesday, September 22, The Wall That Heals passed by C-RHS and Radez Elementary on its way to Neahwa Park in Oneonta, where it will be on display from September 24–27, 2026.

The Wall That Heals is a three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., bearing the names of 58,281 fallen service members. The 53-foot trailer expands to feature digital photo displays of local Hometown Heroes as well as a timeline of the Vietnam War.

Students at Radez Elementary were excited to support the Mobile Education Center as it made its way through Richmondville, accompanied by a large motorcycle escort led by the American Legion Riders Post.

The display at Neahwa Park will be free and open to the public from September 24–27, 2026, providing community members an opportunity to visit the memorial, learn more about the Vietnam War, and honor those whose names are included on the Wall.
