C-RCS Raises $3,000 For 16th Annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand

On Friday, April 5, 2026, Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District proudly participated in its 16th annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand, continuing a long-standing tradition of supporting the fight against childhood cancer.
Students and staff across all four schools came together for this meaningful cause. With a $1 donation, students were treated to a cup of lemonade and cookies, with all proceeds going toward funding research and supporting families affected by pediatric cancer.
This year’s event carried special significance, as the C-RCS community dedicated its efforts in memory of former C-RHS teacher Troy Beilert and Coach Baker’s daughter, Ava. Their memory served as a powerful reminder of the importance of coming together to support one another and contribute to a greater cause.
Thanks to the generosity and compassion of students, staff, and families, the district raised approximately $3,000 this year.
C-RCS extends a heartfelt thank you to the entire community for their continued support of Alex’s Lemonade Stand and for helping make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by cancer.
