Every month since January, Radez readers have been recording themselves reading a new book, and each month, their Ryder book buddy has received both the video and the new book to read along!
On May 18 and 19, the book buddies finally met in person! Students had the opportunity to read a few books with their book buddies, color and enjoy some treats to celebrate.
The goal of the book buddy program is to build confidence and fluency with Radez readers and instill a love for reading in the younger students.
