Facilities

The goal of the Operations and Maintenance Department is to provide a safe, clean environment for all staff, students and visitors. The department has more than 20 employees working two different shifts in order to maintain and upkeep all the facilities that make up C-RCS.

The Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District consists of 538,467 square feet of school buildings, 25,517 square feet of bus garage buildings, 2,375 square feet of outside buildings, totaling 566,359 square feet of building space. In addition, the district covers 96.2 acres. The acreage includes three baseball fields, five softball fields, three soccer fields (with four additional fields marked for soccer), two football fields, one football practice field and two running tracks.

Facility Use Request
The Cobleskill-Richmondville Board of Education welcomes community organizations to use district facilities when the use is in the public's interest, does not conflict with school activities and is not detrimental to the district. 

All facility use requests must be submitted online, through the ML Schedules website.
