Sign-ups are now available for sports physicals for any 7th through 12th-grade student considering trying out for one of C-R’s modified, junior varsity or varsity programs this coming fall.
Physicals will be held on June 27-28, and advance registration for a time slot is required using the forum below.
Note that to enter your student's name on the form you will need to either use a desktop computer or the Google Docs app on your phone.
All physicals will take place in the high school nurses' office.
